Title: Key-Repeat Not Initially Turned-Off Running On Ubuntu 15.10

Detailed Description:

When running on Ubuntu 15.10, when you hold down a note key longer than a half-second, you get a distorted sound. The distorted sound is the result of automatic key-repeat happening.

Cause Of Problem:

A Linux problem reported (and fixed) in Ubuntu 14.10 has re-appeared. The problem is not in Ubuntu 14.04, 14.10, or 15.04.

Work-Around:

Hit the “Num Lock” key of the numeric keypad twice, and the problem will go away.

Fix Available (in 1.19):

The fix for this problem was completed (and published) on November 11th, 2015. If you installed later than that date, or used the non-offline desktop launcher (which downloads updates), you should not have this problem. The problem was avoided by changing (in the code) the order of the calls to numlockx, and xset, during initialization.
